How to Actually Be Healthy in 2026

How to Actually Be Healthy in 2026

The year is 2026.

Chronic disease is skyrocketing. People are seemingly getting more unhealthy, fatter, and the institutions that exist are not making any progress on these issues. Therefore, it has NEVER been more important to take your health into your own hands.

There are an endless list of corporate interests, buffoons, dishonest people, grifters, and simply people that have fallen under the spell of the hyper specific knowledge and science based garbage that exists today.

Even the doctors who are allegedly meant to help us with health are often bought and paid for by pharmaceutical companies or are simply unhealthy and fat themselves - so why take them seriously, why trust them at all?

All of these groups add an inordinate amount of noise to the question:

“How do I get healthy?!”

This has been the focus of my own personal study, interest and passion for over a decade now. I'm going to summarize what I know here and if you implement it, you will absolutely be in the best health of your life.

In the modern world we find ourselves in, there is an excess of getting lost in the weeds. Hyper fixation on one tiny thing and an almost robotic approach to our health, our bodies and disease in general.

It is my opinion that in general the closer we get to the natural way of life, the better our system operates. This requires you to step back from modernity and simply get out of the way of your body being able to do what it does best - keep you healthy and strong.

Before I begin, these are some principles to keep in mind:

Your body is the best doctor there is - it will always trend and move towards the best state of health that it is capable of given the circumstances, environment and nutrition that has available to it.

Learn to work with your body, not fight it - and understand that it is doing the best that it can. Your body is what heals you not the external doctor or medication.

It is not a coincidence that the chronic disease epidemic has coincided with an increasingly technological world.

As I mentioned before - the further that you can move back to natural living, the healthier you will be. There are some applications of modern medicine that help but general health and optimization of energy life force and vitality is not one of them.

Your mind is the greatest tool that there is and the energy that you consciously choose to emit will have a very powerful effect on your life, your health, and how your body operates. Keep us in mind in all of your health, journey, the best and the best will come to you.

The following is in no particular order - you should aim to do what you can with what you have available to you.

Making small changes each day and sticking to them is better than trying to operate your entire life in one day health comes from consistency over months and years rather than one day. For this reason, aim to make a lifestyle change that works for you utilizing these general principles. At the same time, if you mess up once don't sweat it, simply get back on the horse and continue anyway.

Note: The following is not medical advice and is for informational purposes only - you should do your own research before implementing your own health regime.

SUN

The sun is not to be feared. It is the source of all life, and is one of the most vital parts of health in general. If you are not seeing the sun consistently, ideally daily, you will be lacking in many factors of health. I believe that the sun is a cure for many different types of disease. I don't believe that sunscreen is necessary, and it is often toxic. They have psyopped us to be afraid of the sun because when we don't have it, they can make try to make us more reliant on their profitable medicines.

Upon waking go outside, look through an open window, do whatever you can to look at the sun directly with your eyes in the morning, ideally with your feet bare on natural ground. This sets the tone for the rest of the day and tells your body it's daytime let's get going and improves whole range of hormones for the entire day as well as setting you up for a restful sleep at night. The more time you spend outdoors, the better!

If you are sensitive to the sun because you haven't been exposed to it for a long time then just work your way up to the higher UV exposure times but it is still essential to optimal health to get some exposure of the high UV daylight. Eating more saturated fats and less polyunsaturated fats will enable you to tan without burning. As I said, don't use sunscreen; if you've hit your limit of sun exposure, simply wear a shirt, cap or find shade just like animals in the wild.

Sunlight on as much of the body as possible - that means taking your shirt off and if you have the privacy - to be naked in the sun, to connect to the wildness within ourselves, as well as expose our hormonal centers to the life force giving raise of the sun.

At sunset again, looking at the sun directly and receiving that information from the light the high red light constitution of the sunrise at that time or contributes to winding down your circadian clock and telling your body that you need to calm down and enter in the restful evening state. Past this point of sunset, make sure to decrease or eliminate artificial blue light exposure from house, lights, TVs, mobile phones, computers, and laptops as much as possible.

If you view artificial light after dark cortisol will be dysregulated, you will be in a more awful state, and it is not optimal for melatonin release, hormones, and sleep quality. You can use blue light blocking glasses if you like - my favorite glasses are here.

Otherwise, using beeswax candles only in the evening is a fantastic way to light the house without massively disrupting your light inputs. Very dim incandescent bulbs in small lamps as well as dim red lights are another option.

SLEEP

Sleep is the master recovery time and the basis of quality health. It is when we repair, we recover, we dream and reset. Most of our healing in any state of disease or injury is done during sleep. We reset our brains, skin cells are knitted together, detoxification processes happen, and our energy is fueled.

If your sleep is low quality, irregular or inconsistent then you will not achieve your own personal highest quality of health. For most people between seven and nine hours is non-negotiable. This is a part of your life that if you make a priority will have cascading effects on your productivity, your mood, your relationships, your work, fitness goals and everything else. I have a sleep video on YouTube accessible here.

Otherwise, here are my tips. Make sure your room is cool with open windows and optimal fresh air. Do not use your screens or be exposed to artificial blue light between one and two hours before sleeping. have a consistent bedtime, have a consistent wake time. Sleep in complete darkness or use a blindfold and earplugs to eliminate outside stimulus if you cannot have control over your environment.

Avoid having caffeine later in the day as it disrupts rest and recovery due to its half-life. Some sort of meal with high-quality raw fats and natural sugars helps provide the body with nutrition so that sleep is high-quality and that your brain and mood is relaxed going into it. If you want to build muscle, cement your memories, detox the brain, and have a calm and stable demeanor in the rest of your life then sleep is of the highest priority.

WATER

The quality of the water that you drink is very important. I only recommend spring water, ideally freshly gathered in glass bottles that you fill up yourself.

This is often the most economical choice as well if you have a spring near you.

Avoid tapwater completely - filter your shower water as well. Toxic tapwater has an effect on your hair, scalp and skin when you shower in it. Remineralize the water that you do have using a high-quality electrolyte salt. These are the ones I use.

If you're filtering, make sure you use a reverse osmosis filter as they are the best and even then I personally like to use spring water because it is more living. There's more of a natural resonant energy within it and then when you re-mineralize it, you end up having to drink less because the minerals are what hydrates you not the empty water itself.

Drinking warm or hot water with added herbal infusions or some fresh lemon, ginger and honey is a great way to enhance the bodies internal warmth and energies, particularly for people that run cold in general. There are more hydrating liquids than water alone, including fresh fruit, juices, raw milk. however I do believe there is a place for that pure water as I said, fresh springwater mineral is your best bet. You do not need to drink 3 to 4 L a day as is common knowledge.

FOOD

You eventually become what you eat. You rebuild yourself based on what building materials you give your body. You should only be eating single ingredient foods, that is foods that do not have an ingredients list. They are whole foods which you buy separately. As much as possible, you buy organic, local, grass fed, fresh never frozen ingredients.

You want to eat animals that eat their natural diet ideally in the wild or otherwise from an organic farm with regenerative farming practices. Prioritize bio-available animal proteins, high-quality raw animal fats, eat organ meats like liver weekly or more often if you're in a depleted state.

Avoid ANY Uber eats or processed slop foods, this includes energy drinks, artificial food products - anything that comes in a container or can stay on the shelf for months with no evidence of decay. Of course - avoid cooking in seed oils like canola or vegetable oils, or other mixed blend oils that you find in plastic bottles. I personally don't cook my food because I believe it's more healthy and nutritious in the raw state. But if you do cook use butter, coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil, or tallow.

With a proper diet, you will have more energy, have better digestion, feel happier, decrease symptoms of anxiety and depression, gain muscle, lose body fat, grow stronger bones and also be supporting better companies or producers and farmers by voting with your dollar to take away from the conglomerate food product companies that feed us poison.

For me personally - this is what I'll generally eat: raw milk, raw honey, seasonal fruits of all kinds, mostly oranges, watermelon, apples, berries. Yogurt, raw cheese, raw beef, raw liver, raw fish like tuna or swordfish, shrimp, oysters, fresh herbs like cilantro and parsley, coconut water, white rice, boiled potatoes, olive oil, raw butter, fermented vegetables like sauerkraut, and that makes up the majority of my diet.

MOVEMENT

Movement is the key to health for a number of reasons - when we move we are creating energy within the body. We are also improving blood flow and we are moving the lymphatic system, which is the toxin removal and nutrient delivery system within the body, a network that fuels and cleans us.

Without movement - we stagnate just like a pool of water will become muddy and dirty so too does our system.

Exercise is important daily as well for pushing yourself to new limits in order to grow in strength, in mental resilience, and in health overall. For most people, strength training of some kind using weights or machines is important. For the normal person three times a week would be a great goal.

Daily walking, no matter who you are, doing some sort of mobility work where you're improving your fascial ranges of motion and decreasing tension held in that fascia network.

Avoid prolonged sitting - if you are a knowledge, worker that is seated a lot of the time getting a walking pad or standing desk in order to alternate positions is a helpful tip. Or, you can simply get up and move every 30 minutes for 1 minute.

Train for getting stronger, focusing on form and trusting the process and your aesthetics and life health gains will follow. Consistency is the key with your physical training. It's better to do a 30 minute session 3 times a week then it is to do a two hour session once a week that drains you so much you just can't find the energy to get to the gym again.

Most people would be fine doing 45 minutes of resistance training provided you're not scrolling on your phone the whole time during your rest period. The body responds to intensity, focus and consistency most of all. Even if you don't feel like getting to the gym - if you can get on a vibration plate, hop on the spot, shake or otherwise activate movement without a massive gym session that is also something really good to do.

BREATH

Breathing is an important cornerstone of health. Aim to breathe through your nose the vast majority of the time including exercise, and sleep.

The nose is for breathing, and the mouth is for eating, and a lot of issues with the airways, jaw and general development - even anxiety is due to people mouth breathing, when they should be breathing through the nose. You can tape your mouth in order to force the nasal breathing, as well as work on tongue posture and decompressing the spine, strengthening the neck in order to promote nasal breathing more.

Your breath controls your nervous system state, so simply defaulting to a low, slow long breathing pattern, can improve your experience of life many times over.

To calm yourself down, slow breathing and to energize yourself, speed your breathing up. Quality health is most supported by breathing quality, fresh air so open all the windows in your house as much as as possible. Filter your air if you are in a metropolitan polluted area, get a lot of house plants as indoors fresh air is important!

HEAT

The state of being warm, of having optimal blood flow, of sweating - these are all very conducive to quality health. If you are cold all the time you are likely under performing with your metabolism or you have poor lifestyle habits, not a good enough diet or you're not supporting yourself in someway.

It's a particularly important thing for women to keep warm, so for girls err on the side of wearing more clothing than not, and sipping on hot beverages, using things like hot water bottles.

When you're healthy, you should be able to go outside on a brisk day in shorts and a T-shirt and walk and be perfectly fine. Some ways of increasing your heat involve a nice warm tea or other warm meal.

Hit the sauna 3 to 4 times a week if you can - I like to do it daily however, I am not saunaing every single day to the point of exhaustion. I'm going to the point of a full body sweat and a comfortable sweat. If you overuse the sauna, you run the risk of damaging the mucosal membranes from breathing in the hot air, as well as depleting yourself of minerals so you have to either refuel yourself appropriately, or just keep an intuitive sense of how much sauna is good for you and your tolerance.

If you have a bath, taking hot baths is the best way of improving heat in your body, relaxing the nervous system, heating up the lymphatic system promoting detox removal, and otherwise completely opening the sweat ducts with the added bonus of not having the hot air like a sauna does. You can mineralize the water for skin absorption, as well as add things like raw milk to heal the skin.

A lot of the benefits of cardiovascular activity come from the blood flow and the sweating, which you can achieve from a sauna or hot bath, or simply wearing layers of 100% caution clothing and exercising in that.

GROUNDING

Grounding is a practice that we should be doing daily. A great time to incorporate into your routine is when you look at the sunrise, when you look at the sunset or when you're getting your middle of the day High UV sun exposure. Take your shoes off and walk on natural ground as much as as possible, because you will be more synced to the Earth’s natural electrical field, which lowers inflammation, decreases anxiety and improves our health in a number of ways. All it takes is to stand on some grass, sand or otherwise connect to nature.

On the topic of electrical frequencies, we also want to decrease our exposure to man-made or natural EMFs, and doing things like turning your Wi-Fi off within the home when you're not using it or even using ethernet cables, putting your phone on airplane mode, or turning it off when you're not using it, as well as being conscious of mobile phone towers in your area and trying to stay away from them as much as possible.

MIND

There is much that goes into the practice of curating and cultivating a healthy mind - the extent of which I will not go into in this article, however, just know that everything you see and experience is filtered through the mind - so if the perspective you have is off or corrupt or angry or sad - then everything that you do will be tainted by this perspective.

You have the choice and the option to choose happiness. Choose health, choose light over dark in everything that you do. We have the ability to heal with our minds, and we have the ability to create disease with our minds.

Find a purpose that excites you, find friends that align with you, choose to act in a way where your actions, words and thoughts are in alignment, because there are no health hacks that will override living in a state of not being an alignment with your soul.

Limit your exposure and consumption of low quality slop, social media, rage bait, news, headlines, and instead fill your mind with positivity, quality writing and philosophy.

Have a meditation practice which brings you back to center - practice at daily, understand what you focus on expands, and you attract more of what you think of. Protect your attention a.k.a. your energy as your most valuable asset.

ENVIRONMENT

Your environment, what you're exposed to and what you're putting in and on your body and what you're around and what you see, massively contribute to health.

Stop using toxic chemical products in your house or on your skin. I simply use an organic extra-virgin olive oil soap.  Stop wearing synthetic materials as your clothing, wear 100% cotton or linen or wool, synthetic materials are made from oil plastics have a negative hormonal effect, as well as a negative energetic effect.

Use natural materials in your home. Only cook with stainless steel or glass. Use glass containers, use a single piece wood cutting board and single piece wooden utensils. Use linen bedsheets. Make sure you're spending as much time in nature as possible - you will begin to absorb the energy of what you are around the most.

Curate a home environment that is natural, peaceful and full of things that you love, full of things that make you feel good, full of things that promote your health rather than taking it away. It is very important in today’s world that you create a sanctuary that is imprinted with high-quality energy as this has a long-term healing effect.

Now, if you implement all of these things that I mentioned, which you totally have control over, as well as avoiding the trap of the pharmaceutical and health industries, which only see you as a wallet - you will allow your body to heal itself. You will have more energy, you will feel better each day and you will begin to rise in elevation, this is the goal of all health and the carryover effects every other part of your life.

The normal man has 100 wishes; fame, riches, women, power, goals, desires. The sick man has but one wish; his good health back.

So what does this tell you about how valuable our health is?

Therefore, we should make it a higher priority before we lose it. Health actually isn't complicated. You just have to make the appropriate decisions within your life and be disciplined to them.

The modern world wants you to be sick, wants you to choose convenience, wants you to feed the machine with your energy and money because you don't take the responsibility for yourself.

You can choose to opt out of this slave control system. You can choose to be healthy. Consistency is the key, and it becomes addictive in a positive way when you see progress from the choices that you make.

I hope you have learned something from this article and I wish you the most health now and always.
