Magnesium chloride is already dissolved in liquid, where it separates into magnesium ions (Mg²⁺) and chloride ions. That’s what “ionic” means: the magnesium is already present as dissolved, charged mineral ions rather than locked inside a solid tablet or powder. Highly soluble, easy to take, and free from capsules, binders, or fillers.
Add the recommended amount to water or another beverage. Because magnesium needs vary from person to person, start with a smaller amount if needed and work up gradually.
