Most commercial soaps are loaded with synthetic detergents, preservatives, and fragrances that strip your skin of its natural oils. Aquilux gives you a genuinely clean alternative — just the ingredients your skin actually needs.
Simply lather the bar between your hands or directly on your skin with warm water. Use daily as you would any bar soap. Store in a dry soap dish between uses to extend its life.
A subscription ensures you never run out, and saves you on every order. Since each bar lasts around two months, a bi-monthly subscription is the most convenient way to keep your routine going without interruption.
Unlike mainstream soaps and body washes, our soap contains ZERO harmful chemical compounds or endocrine disruptors of any kind — just Extra virgin olive oil, Distilled water, Sodium hydroxide (lye).
You can definitely wash your hair with the soap lather, though we would encourage using a conditioner or hair oil afterwards to moisturize.

We chose to make AQUILUX Soap with organic extra virgin olive oil, while other inferior olive oil soaps use olive "pomace" oil, a waste product. The other ingredients are Lye, which is consumed in the soap making process and simple distilled water. The result is a pure soap with no compromises; so you can wash as the ancients did.

Of the many pleasures in life, one of mine has become unwrapping a fresh bar of Sol Soap. There are a handful of reasons I love this soap — from the insignia of the rising sun, to the Seize The Day embossment, to the beautiful simplicity of the ingredients.
But the best part is the way the bar comes pressed into a firm rectangle. Breaking those sharp corners and edges across my body as the water flows is genuinely cathartic. My only wish is that the soap would re-materialize into that perfect, hard-pressed shape before every single wash.
