This might be my surprise favorite of all the Aurum products so far. For a couple weeks before trying these electrolytes, I'd been dealing with unusual leg and foot cramps after my workouts -- different from the usual soreness. As soon as I started adding these electrolytes the cramping stopped and I haven't felt them since.
They also give me a good boost during my workout or if I find myself fading throughout the day. I really like combining these salts with the Aurum Magnesium in my drinking water and have even been sprinkling it on my food :)

Been taking do a few weeks gradually started in morning and evening. Increasing usage in other drinks finding the aches in my body reducing, increasing my nights rest but more impactful has been lower the frequency of cramping in my legs and hands. So far I am sold.
