My goal is to ensure that natural, healthy living becomes a default state of mass societal consciousness. What does this mean? It means that our society would have an inherent understanding and knowledge of how to live, eat, and move in alignment with the Laws of Nature, which brings the utmost health to the mind, body, and soul.

It would mean that it is the default to look to the recipe book or herb garden before the prescription list. Where we do not allow toxic chemicals in our food and environment. Where the sun is embraced and enjoyed, not feared. Where exercise is encouraged in the public sphere. Where the spiritual role of health is known, and health is not only reduced to a biological machine. Where fresh air is treasured over chemical air fresheners. Where raw living foods are the default. Where people are not scared of their body’s innate wisdom.

The currently accepted medical/health knowledge is not only low in consciousness but also low in responsibility. When we outsource our results to some other thing (a “germ,” a medication), we take away our power to heal. The use of natural remedies, herbs and plants, and living foods, the “treatments” of fresh air, clean water, and sunlight, has been replaced—nay, usurped—by an ideology of cutting, injecting, medicating, slicing, and blocking, one of sickness, ill function, and death. We have been fed a psyop on almost every single level from birth.

There is no understanding of the human body’s innate systems of healing. The pursuit of symptom “management” rises above all else, contributing to more serious dysfunction down the line because it ignores the root causes of ill living that break the laws of nature.

So how is it that consciousness is shifted, and society is changed? Our culture is a reflection of the minds and actions of the people. While I would enjoy being Health Dictator and outright banning the things that I deem a net negative to the health of the people, it begins with a mass consciousness shift, which is already happening. Once enough people are aware of how to be naturally healthy, then their preferences will shift, and the energetic force will uplift others, creating a golden age.
